Dear Scottish Rite Members

Do we remember what our mission is? Have you ever met any other children that use our language center? Well let me tell you the story of one I actually met! This little girl is in second grade at the same school my daughter attends. I actually met he last year at our Christmas party. I will not let her name get out because I do not have her fami-lies permission. This little girl is amazingly sweet. But in talking to her mother, I have since learned the story of her struggles with autism. The battles still continue daily for this girl but her mother thanks the Lord that the language center has been there for her child. She is amazed by the staff and particularly Gina for being willing to adapt the treatment to what will work for her child rather than sticking to some set plan.

In hearing this little girls story and receiving the thanks from her parents for the work that our language center does I am touched. Our language center needs us my brothers. They need us to increase our membership to assure that the children they selflessly help will have some hope. They need our Valley. Do not think that someone else will do the job of asking a brother to join, do it yourself. We need you. Our Valley needs you! And most of all THE CHILDREN NEED YOU!
